Overview
The Business - Human Resources program at 91探花 offers a comprehensive mix of concepts and practices to carry out human resources functions within the Canadian business environment. Human Resources professionals develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations policies, programs and procedures and advise employers on human resources matters.
Once you complete our Business - Human Resources program and meet the grade requirements, you will have satisfied the full course requirement to start the path to your Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. Available exclusively through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), your CHRP designation will validate your knowledge of HR, your workplace readiness, and your commitment to career-long learning.
Pathway for Business Program Graduates
Students who are graduating from the Business program are eligible to return for an additional year of studies to complete their Business - Human Resources diploma. You'll get two diplomas in three years! Once you have completed your third year, you will satisfy the course full requirement to start the path to your Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.

Requirements & Program Information
Ontario Secondary School diploma with Grade 12 English (C) ENG4C and Grade 11 Foundations for College Math (C) MBF3C or mature student status. Applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency. 91探花 accepts the TOEFL or IELTS, or equivalent test to satisfy our English admission requirements.
